Prowis Invests is a portfolio tracking tool that allows you to monitor your investment holdings, view live market data, and analyze your portfolio allocation. The service is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.

Prowis Invests does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All data, charts, and analysis provided are for informational purposes only. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. We are not responsible for any investment decisions you make based on information displayed in the app.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Not attempt to access other users' data
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

While we strive to provide accurate market data through our data providers (Finnhub), we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data. Stock prices may be delayed and should not be relied upon for trading decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prowis Invests and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising from your use of the service.

The Prowis Invests service, including its design, code, and brand assets, is owned by Prowis. You retain ownership of all portfolio data you input into the service.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
